Sherpa Future Fund

 Adventure Consultants established the Sherpa Future Fund in response to the tragic events that occurred with the Khumbu Glacier Avalanche in 2014 and the Nepal Earthquake and subsequent Base Camp Avalanche in 2015.  Adventure Consultants lost nine valued staff members in these events and the Sherpa Future Fund has been established to provide ongoing support in rebuilding the lives of their families left behind and providing education for their children.

Currently the fund is contributing to the education of 13 children and has committed to providing ongoing support until 2030, when the youngest child finishes school.
