Summer Haute Route Trek

The cost of the Summer Haute Route Trek, ex Chamonix, is inclusive and covers the following:


  • IFMGA Guide
  • All expenses for the guide and yourself 
  • Breakfast and lunch during mountain component of the trek
  • Dinners when staying in mountain huts and refuges
  • Lodging for 8 nights on twin share basis 
  • Lifts 
  • Mountain hut fees
  • Transfer of luggage from Chamonix to Zermatt
  • Transport during trip dates as per schedule


  • Any lifts, huts, hotel B&B, transport costs that are additional to the program due to changes to program due to weather or organisational changes.  (Any changes will generally be due to weather/lift failure (etc.) and actioned after you have been consulted by your guide.)
  • Any extra hotel nights prior to and after the Haute Route
  • Airport transfers to/from Chamonix and Zermatt (although we can arrange it for you)
  • Evening meals in Chamonix or Zermatt
  • Any hotel single supplement costs
  • Personal equipment and clothing
  • Extra additional meals or snacks/drinks purchased from huts/hotel
  • Gratuity

We strongly suggest you purchase trip cancellation insurance from your normal travel agent.
