Welcome to Adventure Consultants' Ski and Snowboard Mountaineering Course. This 5-day course is designed to provide you with up-to-date techniques and safety skills for skiing in New Zealand's high mountains. It is directed toward fit and motivated people who have a background in resort based skiing or snowboarding and wish to extend their skills into backcountry ski touring.

Price: NZ$1,950 includes guide, ground transport, some equipment, helicopter / ski plane access and 4 nights accommodation, all meals. NZ$2,450 for the 7 day course.

We supply all group equipment including ropes, tents and cooking gear and you need to turn up with your personal ski or snowboard equipment. We have an extensive array of good quality rental equipment available to supplement your own gear.
