"The leadership during the expedition was exceptional. Mark's ability to selflessly oversee the welfare of the entire group (day and night) and remain abreast of each individual’s personal ailments or issues was remarkable and should be commended. As was his endless enthusiasm, tolerance and approachability ensuring he could always be relied upon for advice, motivation or a nice chat."
