Expedition Sirdar

Da Jangbu Sherpa from Pangboche is a long time AC Climbing Sherpa, having recently taken over our main Expedition Sirdar role on Everest.

He is a veteran of 15 expeditions to the world's highest mountain.

When Da Jangbu is not on an expedition he is a carpenter and also a lodge owner.

His practical skills with electronics are an asset when it comes to setting up and fixing anything in our Base Camps.

He always has his friendly smile beaming at you and his fantastic relaxed but professional attitude earns him much respect when leading our Sherpa teams.
